Hi. We received our heart with Laker & Hannah yesterday. It is so beautiful. I can’t thank you enough for such a beautiful memorial of them. Being together is something they always were and now will be forever. Also wanted to thank you for making this process so easy and the communication couldn’t be better. You were always there to answer all my questions and everything was handled with such love. I’m so happy I entrusted you with my precious babies
