Words cannot begin to describe my experience with this outstanding company. Rainbow Bridge Hearts not only has excellent customer service, they are also kind and compassionate in assisting throughout the whole process. Although I was a little scared, and hesitant about everything, Erin was in constant communication with me and was able to put my mind at ease.

Where do we even begin. Top notch customer service! Unbelievable results! There really are no words to describe how much these mean to us, but we will try. From start to finish, there were no issues and Erin went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We were nervous about sending off portions of our beloved dogs, however Erin made us feel very comfortable. She truly understands how much each one of our dogs meant to us and treated us and them like family. Since these are made from the ashes of our beloved pets, we did not want to make a mistake and Erin understood this. She took the time to answer each question and ensure we understood the entire process. We received the kits, packaged up the required ashes, and shipped them off. (Note: we used a stainless-steel mesh strainer to sift the ashes.) Erin tracked the package and ensured we knew they arrived to them safe and sound and when they were scheduled to be created. Then when they were completed, she updated us again. Since we requested a special design to be added to the back of two of our memorials, she sent pics of just the backs to let us know how great they turned out. She did not want to ruin the surprise of seeing the memorials completely until they arrived. She carefully packaged them up, shipped them off, and let us know they were on their way and provided us with the return tracking number. We each watched their return journey. Then they arrived…we opened the package and what an emotional roller coaster - sad because of the dogs we lost, excited to see the glass designs, taking turns opening each, sharing each one, the rush of memories, as we mentioned above - no words can express it all. The designs are spectacular, the backs identifying each of our sweet pups - amazing. We are beyond happy with each of them. We showed our family, friends, and our veterinarian family the memorials and everyone was impressed and wanted RBH’s contact information. Thank you, Erin, Rich, and everyone at Rainbow Bridge Hearts!
