My puppy Dog’s (Kane) memorial came home to me yesterday!! Too say how much I love this, how happy I am & how beautiful it is would be an understatement because truly there just aren’t any words!! From start to finish, the Rainbow Bridge Hearts team was just amazing. They respond quickly to emails, they always keep you updated on progress & they are so caring & compassionate & clearly put love in making these memorials! This is the second one I have had made & will continue to work with them for years to come!

I cannot thank Rainbow Bridge Hearts enough for this absolutely breathtaking memorial for our boy Duke. From the constant updates, to the genuine care they display, the team at RBH truly have gifted hands! They are the only hands I trust for eternalizing our angels.
Sadly, Duke lost his fight with Cushings in November, but seeing his memorial everyday makes me smile and reminisce on all my happy memories with Duke ♥️.
I remember when we brought Duke(aka Kane) home it was love at first sight and we knew right away that he was meant for us. We will cherish our memories with Duke forever 💔🌈🐾

I cannot recommend Rainbow Bridge Hearts enough. When I lost my best friend and first dog Sully, I knew I wanted something beautiful to remember him forever. The orb I received with Sully’s ashes from Rainbow Bridge Hearts, completely surpassed all of my expectations. They made a tough time so much easier with their kindness and empathy. I highly recommend this amazing company to anyone looking for a beautiful memorial to remember their pet or loved one forever.

Our beloved Cruz is back home with us today in the form of this beautiful hand blown glass piece created by Rainbow Bridge Hearts. We chose the colors Amber and gold to remind of us his beautiful golden fur and navy to honor his 6 years of service as a TOUCH Therapy dog, the flecks you see in the glass are a small amount of his ashes. This is our third dog memorialized in glass by these artists and they handle every part of process with care and respect.

We lost our Rupert a month ago tomorrow. We have asked RBH in the past to create beautiful hearts or orbs for previous pets. Every time I receive the email that says “Rupert is coming home”, I cry. It’s bittersweet tears of course. Even though we have the majority of his ashes here with us, what RBH creates is their soul and personality. I will cry again when we receive our “star”fish Rupert and we know we will love it. I will post a photo of the starfish once it has arrived. Here is our beautiful Rupert. We only had him 2.5 years.

These were my girls Goldendoodles Jeannie & Kecy. They were sisters Kecy was ball crazy so when we lost her in 2017 Rich & Erin made her a beautiful ball which I light up every evening. We recently lost Jeannie & for her memorial I requested a heart because she was a therapy dog & brought so much comfort to so many people. Now they are together again to remain the lights of my life every evening. I am so eternally grateful for all the love & caring that Rich & Erin have shown through this process. Thank you

My baby was delivered today. To say I cried for over an hour is an understatement. Marley’s heart is so beautiful and such a beautiful keepsake to have to remember him by. Erin and Rich were such a pleasure to deal with. They showed so much compassion towards the loss of my little one. I also loved how the remains not infused into the art were returned to me, so i may return them to his urn. This was given to me as a gift from my coworkers so they made it so it was very easy for me to deal with. After receiving the packing I just packed the amount of his ashes required and sealed everything in the packing provided and mailed it off at the postal service. It was received by them in two business days. Upon receipt I was provided with information of when the art will be made and that there will be approximately a ten day period from the time the art is made, cooled and shipped. It didn’t take as long and The package was shipped in under the ten day period. They ship it to where you have to sign. Such a heartbreaking and stressful time was made easier because of Erin and Rich. Thank you for your kindness and for your integrity!

There are not enough words to express my gratitude and thanks for the memorial that was made for me. I've been with many dogs as they passed over the rainbow bridge, but my Gabs was the absolute worst.

What an incredible experience working with Erin and Rich to create a stunning memorial for our sweet Meg. They were so compassionate, kind and patient as just the right color choices were made to capture her personality.
